How WealthEdu’s Approved Advisor network works, and what it means for you.
Financial Educators Network, Inc. (WealthEDU.org)
Effective Date: August 10, 2026
1. Independent Contractor & Licensee Status
Instructors, educators, and guest lecturers participating in educational courses, workshops, and seminars hosted or sponsored by Financial Educators Network, Inc. (WealthEDU.org) are independent financial professionals, educators, or licensed content licensees.
No Employment Relationship: Instructors are not employees, corporate officers, partners, legal representatives, or agents of Financial Educators Network, Inc.
No Authority to Bind: No instructor has the authority to make representations, enter into contracts, or incur liabilities on behalf of Financial Educators Network, Inc.
2. Strict Separation of Educational Instruction and Private Business
Financial Educators Network, Inc. maintains a strict policy separating non-profit educational instruction from commercial financial services.
Classroom Non-Solicitation Policy: Instructors are strictly prohibited from pitching, selling, promoting, or soliciting specific financial, insurance, or investment products during any WealthEDU.org course, workshop, or event.
Educational Purpose Only: All course materials, presentations, calculations, and discussions provided by instructors during network events are for general, objective educational purposes only and do not constitute individual financial planning, investment, tax, or legal advice.
3. No Endorsement or Recommendation
The authorization of an instructor to deliver WealthEDU.org curriculum or use network educational materials does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or recommendation of the instructor’s private commercial practice, advisory firm, broker-dealer, or investment methodology.
Independent Vetting Required: Financial Educators Network, Inc. does not evaluate, audit, or guarantee the ongoing suitability, performance, or regulatory compliance of an instructor’s private commercial business or firm.
Consumer Responsibility: If a course attendee or website user chooses to engage an instructor in a private, commercial capacity outside of WealthEDU.org educational events, they do so independently and at their own discretion.
4. No Advisory or Fiduciary Relationship Created
Attending a course, participating in a workshop, receiving educational materials, or communicating with an instructor within the scope of a WealthEDU.org program does not create an advisor-client, planner-client, attorney-client, or fiduciary relationship between the participant and:
The individual instructor;
The instructor's private firm or employer; or
Financial Educators Network, Inc.
Any formal advisory or fiduciary relationship can only be established through a separate, explicit, written contract executed directly between the consumer and a licensed professional outside of the WealthEDU.org educational platform.
5. Limitation of Liability for Post-Course Engagements
Financial Educators Network, Inc., its directors, officers, employees, and volunteers accept no responsibility or legal liability for:
Any private commercial interactions, engagements, or financial transactions that occur between course attendees and instructors outside of official WealthEDU.org educational sessions.
Any financial advice, investment strategies, product recommendations, or services provided by an instructor acting in their private, professional capacity.
Any financial losses, damages, or disputes arising from a private client relationship established with an instructor.
6. Instructor Compliance & Reporting
All instructors operating within the network agree to adhere to Financial Educators Network, Inc.'s Educator Code of Conduct, which enforces strict standards of objectivity, transparency, and consumer protection.
If you experience or witness a violation of our non-solicitation or classroom conduct policies during any WealthEDU.org program, please report the incident directly to wealthedinfo@gmail.com.
