Financial Educators Network, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates WealthEDU.org as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to objective financial education. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any personal information you share with us.
Core Principle: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties, marketers, or financial product vendors.

We collect information directly from you when you interact with our website, as well as automatically through standard web technologies.
A. Information You Provide Voluntarily
Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, or mailing address provided when subscribing to newsletters, contacting us, or registering for educational workshops and courses.
Inquiries & Feedback: Any communications, questions, or submissions sent via contact forms or email.
Donation Information: If you make a tax-deductible donation, payment details (credit card or banking info) are processed securely through a third-party PCI-compliant payment gateway. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
B. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit WealthEDU.org, our servers automatically record standard browser data, including:
Device & Usage Data: Your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and dates/times of visits.
Cookies & Tracking: We use essential and analytical cookies to ensure site functionality, improve site performance, and analyze aggregate traffic patterns. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may function with limited capabilities.

We use the information collected strictly for non-profit educational and operational purposes, including:

4. Text Messages(SMS) Communications
If you provide your phone number and opt in via a checkbox on our website, we may send you SMS text messages. We offer two separate types of messages: (1) non-marketing messages, such as event registration confirmations and reminders, and (2) marketing messages about upcoming webinars, events, and educational resources, for those who separately opt in. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in status with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services
We share personal data only in limited circumstances necessary to support our non-profit mission:

Email Opt-Out: You may unsubscribe from marketing or newsletter emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email.
Cookie Management: You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent.
Access & Deletion: You may request to review, update, or delete your personal information in our records by contacting us at privacy@wealthedu.org.
8. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
WealthEDU.org is intended for general adult audiences and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

While 501(c)(3) non-profit entities are generally exempt from certain commercial state privacy statutes, Financial Educators Network, Inc. voluntarily adheres to core principles established by major US state privacy laws—including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA), and Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA).

How to Exercise Your State Privacy Rights
To submit a data access, correction, or deletion request under applicable state privacy laws, please email privacy@wealthedu.org with the subject line "State Privacy Rights Request." We will verify your identity before processing the request and respond within 45 days.
